Get on the list, step by step

1. Make sure your DIR public works registration is current. California requires it to bid public works.
2. Register as a new vendor on OMWD's PlanetBids portal (planetbids.com) using the New Vendor Registration button on OMWD's Procurement Opportunities page. Pick the categories that match your work so the email notices fit.
3. Download the full bid package, including every addendum. OMWD says late responses are not accepted and it is the bidder's job to have the current version.
4. Before bidding water or sewer work, read OMWD's Standard Specifications, Standard Drawings and Approved Materials List, linked from the same page.
