The district's pages give two years for the list: the vendors page says 2026, the Contractor Registration page still says 2025. A new list may start each January 1.
Get on the list, step by step
- Make sure your DIR public works registration is current. California requires it to bid public works. The district's list does not replace it.
- Fill in the district's CUPCCAA contractor registration form (a Google form linked on its "Doing Business" and Contractor Registration pages). It asks for your mailing address, phone, type of work, and license class and number. CUPCCAA is the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act, the state's informal bidding rules.
- Register on the district's procurement portal (Euna Procurement, formerly Bonfire) to get notices and submit bids online.
- Watch each Notice Inviting Bids for prequalification rules. Joining the CUPCCAA list is not prequalification.
